FeminaTrack is a free women’s health resource built for American women
who want clear, science-based, and judgment-free information about
their cycles, fertility, and reproductive health.
FeminaTrack was created with one simple belief: every woman deserves
clear, accurate, and judgment-free information about her own body.
We are a women’s health resource focused on the tools that matter most
during your reproductive years — ovulation tracking, period monitoring,
fertility awareness, and pregnancy planning.
Whether you’re trying to conceive, understanding your cycle for the
first time, or simply want to feel more informed, FeminaTrack is here
for you.
FeminaTrack is run by The FeminaTrack Team — a group of women
passionate about health education and making reproductive health
information accessible to every American woman.
We are not doctors. We are advocates. Our tools are educational
resources designed to help you have more informed conversations with
your healthcare provider.
We would rather publish fewer, thoroughly researched resources than a large volume of shallow ones. Every article is researched against authoritative medical and scientific sources, with the specific sources used listed directly in that article — see our Editorial Policy. We're transparent about where our current process stands, including where we don't yet have formal credentialed medical review in place — see our Medical Review Policy.
Our calculators are built using established, widely-used clinical and conventional methods — for example, the standard obstetric formula for estimating due dates, or commonly cited reference ranges for hCG levels. We explain exactly how each calculator works, and what its limitations are, on our Methodology page.
We link directly to the sources behind our content so you can verify claims yourself. We update our content as medical guidance evolves — see our Content Update Policy — and we're upfront about the difference between general educational information and individualized medical advice — see our Medical Disclaimer.
